Orders
Is my purchase a pre-order?
No. All the goods that you see in our shop are in stock.
What can I do if I've ordered too many/too few items?
If you've ordered the wrong number of items, please contact us at support@applava.com as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we will try to amend your order. Unfortunately, we won't be able to amend your order once it has shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
You will be able to cancel your order as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@applava.com and provide the order number of the order you want to cancel.
What can I do if I made a purchase but didn't receive a confirmation email?
Please check your Spam folder and make sure the email wasn't accidentally delivered there. If you can't find it, please contact us at support@applava.com
What can I do if I've reached the maximum order value?

Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Once your order is fulfilled, we'll issue a paper invoice and put it inside the package. If you'd like a digital invoice – please contact us at support@applava.com and provide your order number.
What if I want to order as an EU registered business and be exempt from VAT on the order?
Please contact us at support@applava.com before placing your order and provide us with your VAT number. We can then send you further instructions on how to place your order.

How fast do you ship orders?
We try our best to ship orders as soon as possible. This usually takes 2-4 business days.

Will I get a tracking number when my order is shipped?
Yes, all orders are shipped via registered post and we'll provide a tracking number when your order is shipped. International shipments are always sent by priority mail, which is fully tracked, but some countries may not update the information.
Is my order shipped under DDP (Duty Delivery Paid) terms?
Unfortunately, we do not provide a DDP service. Depending on the destination country, additional import taxes and duties may apply. It‘s your responsibility to pay any taxes and duties, so please contact your local customs office to learn more about the import policies in your country before placing an order.
Will my items be properly packaged?
We take packaging very seriously and strive to ensure that all goods reach you in perfect condition. Nevertheless, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@applava.com
What if my package arrives damaged?
Please contact as at support@applava.com with your name and order number. Please also include photos of the original shipment packaging and all the package contents.
What should I do if I do not receive my order?
Please note that due to the customs procedures at the destination country, it‘s hard to predict exact arrival times. If you haven't received your order 30 days after it has shipped – contact us at support@applava.com
We will contact our delivery service and try to find out the reasons for the delay and keep you updated.
